Penelope Gan changes and shapes organisations' cultures by challenging norms with innovative ideas and strategies. 



With experiences in start-ups and organisations undergoing transformations, her expertise have included Organisational Development, Rewards, Service Quality, Business Process Reengineering and Corporate Planning.



Her passion however lies in cross-generation Communication and savvy Rewards scheme designs that drives desired outcomes. As such she enjoys being the funky one sitting amongst her actuaries colleagues in a leading global consulting company that improves organisations performance through effective people, risk and financial management, headquartered in New York. 



As a person, she has traveled extensively, raised millions for NGOs in Asia through photo-documentary projects, and co-founded Asia's largest not-for profit online scrapbooking store.

Her love for humanity, adventure and exposure has brought rich and different perspective in life and work. These, paired with persistence and an analytical mind have resulted in numerous prestigious accolades and awards. Amongst them in her professional capacity includes Best Employers Malaysia, Best Employers APAC, and ServQual in 2011.
